the rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape after exploring the city. also, the complimentary afternoon tea on the rooftop was a good touch. i really appreciated this amenity (the selection of teas was excellent!).
during my visit, i noticed limited vegetarian options at breakfast. i hope they expand the offerings to accommodate different dietary needs.

the noise at this hotel was just awful. a nightclub next door blasted music until midnight every night, shaking the windows. the air conditioning was erratic, sometimes nonexistent and sometimes freezing. these issues really affected my sleep.

I found the staff helpful and always ready to assist! They arranged airport pickup at a reasonable price and check-in was swift. The hotel has small touches, which take the hotel to the next level! Everything throughout the hotel was impeccably clean!
The rooftop pool is smaller than it appears in photos. It functions more like a jacuzzi.

I REALLY liked the rooftop bar. The pool was also a highlight with its swim-up option. Afternoon tea was a special treat (I never miss it!).
The air conditioning in my room struggled to get above 23 degrees Celsius, leaving me feeling quite cold at times, unpleasant.

The location was acceptable because it was close enough to walk to main attractions.
The staff entered my room despite the do not disturb sign. That was a real problem. This intrusion occurred while I was changing, a major breach of privacy. Management dismissed it as a mistake. I found it totally unacceptable.
